A ESP32-CAM SSTV backpack for the Baofeng UV-5R and others!

This project allows the user (hopefully you!) take pictures and send them automatically with a handheld transceiver and an ESP32-CAM module.

There is a combo of hardware and software involved, with the hardware taking care of mounting, power, PTT, flashing, and serial communication. The software is capable of encoding images into either Martin M1 or B&W8 SSTV (Slow Scan TeleVision) signals. Once encoded, the images are sent over RF through the Baofeng, and can be recived and decoded by anyone with another radio and a decoder program.
